Your feminine movement guide, dance, pole + yoga teacher, mother of three, and the creator of Haus of HER.
For over a decade, I’ve helped women reconnect with their bodies through movement — feminine, sensual, strong, grounded, expressive movement that awakens something deep inside you.

Ever since I’ve been able to move, I’ve been obsessed with the power of the feminine body — how she softens, strengthens, births, creates, holds, and rises.
Movement has been my language for over a decade — through yoga, pole, Pilates, and embodied healing — and it’s helped thousands of women come back home to themselves.
SOME OF THE THINGS I'M MOST PROUD OF:
Over a decade serving women as an RN, pole dance instructor, yoga + pilates instructor, yoga therapist-in-training, and pre/postnatal coach — blending science with embodiment.
Guiding thousands of women (on the pole, the mat, and in motherhood) through nervous system repair, sensual reclamation, and identity rebirth.
Watching women go from overwhelmed and depleted → to grounded, sensual, expressed — finally choosing themselves and owning their most badass selves.

I don’t believe movement is about fixing your body.
It’s about remembering yourself. I built everything I teach for the woman who feels disconnected, overstimulated, or like she’s been pouring from an empty cup — and wants to feel alive, confident, and at home in her skin again.
Pole dance cracked me open… but motherhood changed everything.
Becoming a mom deepened my relationship with my body, my nervous system, and my femininity in ways I never expected. It taught me that strength and softness don’t compete — they belong together.
I teach from lived experience, not trends.
What I share comes from years of nursing, yoga, pole, Pilates, women’s health, and real-life embodiment — the kind you practice in messy seasons, not just perfect ones.
I launched this journey with a passion for helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement that feels good, not punishing — and it’s grown into something so much bigger than workouts.
Through my work, I’ve been able to deliver results that actually matter, including:
Proven credibility in women’s health & movement
Registered nurse, yoga teacher, pole instructor, pre/postnatal coach — blending science, safety, and embodiment in a way women can trust.
A body-led, nervous-system–aware approach
Movement that supports real life, real energy levels, and real seasons — not burnout culture or one-size-fits-all programs.
Watching women come back to themselves
Seeing women go from overwhelmed and disconnected → grounded, sensual, expressed, and confidently choosing themselves again — in their bodies and in their lives.
