My path into women’s wellness has been deeply personal and profoundly transformative. It began in my early career as a Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse, where I witnessed the incredible resilience and strength women embody through the various stages of life. As I worked with women in these roles, I saw how movement, breathwork, and self-care could radically improve
physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Later, as a Pole Dance Instructor, I experienced firsthand the power of sensual movement to help women connect with their inner confidence and unique essence. These moments of witnessing and supporting transformation in others fueled my passion.
But nothing shaped my journey more profoundly than becoming a mother. The birth of my three children—all three who were born through unmedicated natural births, two of whom was born at home—ignited a mission within me. I realized how much I wanted to guide women into a place of empowerment, strength, and trust in their bodies, just as I had learned to do in my own journey.
